Hello FIGHT CAMPERS!
Welcome! This page is a resource for all info relating to FIGHT CAMP. From the daily schedule, to food menus, to lecture resources… it will all be here.
With the environment in mind, I will be trying not to print anything. That means that everything you need to know about FIGHT CAMP will reside here.
Below you will find your daily schedule for your time at FIGHT CAMP. You’ll see that each day is packed with exercise, with some down time. I’m not anticipating trips around the island, but that is your prerogative and I will try to accommodate.
With this in mind I would advise bringing the following:
- several sets of sportswear for warm weather (washing facilities available)
- one or two sets of comfortable clothing for light yoga/stretching
- trainers you’re comfortable jogging in
- trainers you’re comfortable doing HIIT in (jumping, high impact etc)
- comfortable loungewear
- sunscreen designed for swim/sport activities
- boxing wraps (we’ll take spare for if you don’t have any/if you forget yours)
Things you won’t need:
- boxing gloves unless you specifically want to bring your own
- any other boxing related equipment
We know who you are.
We know what you look like.
We know what time you land.
We know your flight number.
And we will be waiting for you…
This is way less creepy than it sounds. We will have three cars and three drivers going to and from the airport to pick you all up. We’ll be tracking your flight and waiting at arrivals for you.
The drivers will be either; myself, my brother Pali, my best friend Katie…
If you have any problem at all, just call me through WhatsApp (as we’re still part of the EU – I think! – you should have Data Roaming at no extra cost).

I’ve designed a daily schedule which you can click on below. It may change/shift, depending on how things work out… we will be flexible. Non travel days (days 2, 3, and 4) follow the same pattern, with days 1 and 5 adjusting to allow for travel.
In the notes at the end of the schedule you’ll see that I’ve said that everything is optional and that we will try to accommodate you if you really want to explore the island. So… no strict policies, only encouragement to do as much as you can so that you get the most out of the experience.

Below the daily nutrition plan for camp, as well as some explanation of the principles of the plan. The explanations are an overview and have not been covered in depth here, as we will be exploring nutrition and principles during our lectures.
The point is not that our nutritional plan is the ‘best diet’, since there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet that is perfect for all of us. Instead, the plan is highly ‘clean’ and nutritious and has been developed to eliminate many of the common dietary issues that cause inflammation in the body, which contributes towards poor health and difficulty with weight management.
