When you’re fighting, someone in the crowd will always shout “BE BUSY” and you think “yeah mate but my arms are dead” haha!
This awesome complex is great for building punching durability and also massively toning your arms.
I used 3kg weights but you can choose whatever feels right for you.
1. Punch straight ahead: turn the knuckles over, stretch the arms out long x20
2. Circles out to the side: keep the circles tight and controlled x10
3. Hooks: keep the below high and aim for head height. Use the turn of the hips for extra leverage x10
4. Punch straight up: straighten the arms out long x10
Repeat 3 times over!!
