Hmmmm… how can we make ABS even more tough? Add in some HIIT of course!
- Elbows to knees x 20 reps: keep both feet off the floor if you can
- Mountain climbers x 20 reps: keep your bum down and pump your knees to chest
- Child’s post into single mountain climbers x 10 reps: keep knees 2 inches off the floor
- ‘Rugby’ into squat thrust x 10 reps: this is the killer!!
