There is a lot of complex fitness stuff out there on the inter-webs. Stretchy bands, and ankle weights, and jumping over your workout partner.
But honestly…create yourself a nice little obstacle course and then go at it with everything you’ve got! Pop in a few jumps, and a few little things to touch on the floor, and trust me YOU WILL FEEL IT!
